也是一种回归自然的生活态度

A tree in front of the door

is a standard feature of a villa

Starting from the courtyard,

this villa reveals its distinctive character

At the entrance

welcoming pine and Luohan pine

have been planted

symbolizing good fortune

本案的原始结构有一个明显的痛点

从客厅到餐厅需要走9级台阶

对于有老人和小孩的家庭而言

这不仅是动线上的不便

更存在安全隐患

同时，抬高的餐厅压缩了二楼的层高

使上层空间变得局促

设计师决定将地面全部找平

这一改动让一楼动线变得流畅贯通

客厅、餐厅、茶室、花园形成洄游动线

通风与采光均得到优化

二楼则释放出充足的空间用于卧室规划

The original structure had a clear pain point

going from the living room

to the dining room

required climbing nine steps.

For a family with elderly members and children

this was not only an inconvenience in circulation

but also a safety hazard

本案的玄关设计打破了常规

中式古典风格的入户玄关

配合大门旁侧的鞋帽间

既是归家的仪式感起点

也起到了“去尘区”的功能作用

The entryway design

breaks away from convention

A Chinese classical style entrance foyer

paired with a shoe and coat room

next to the main door

serves both as the starting point

of the homecoming ritual

and as a functional "dust-off zone."

客厅与茶室被打通为一体

这在别墅设计中并不多见

设计师解释道

业主是潮汕人，这张茶台

大概是整栋别墅除了睡觉之外

使用频率最高的地方了

客厅整体采用新中式风格

沉稳大气

配合7米挑空与奢石背景

既有传统韵味，又不失现代感

The living room and tea room

were opened into one continuous space

which is not common in villa design

The designer explained

the client is from Chaoshan

and this tea table is probably

the most frequently used spot

in the entire villa aside from sleeping

负一楼原始结构的优势在于

采光井位于中心位置

光线可以辐射到每一个角落

设计师在此打造了下沉式花园

将自然光与绿植引入地下空间

台球厅旁侧的墙上开了一个小洞

既保留了原始结构的趣味

也起到了引景入室的作用

The advantage

of the original basement structure

was that the light well is centrally located

allowing light to reach every corner

The designer created a sunken garden here

introducing natural light

and greenery into the underground space

A small opening was made

in the wall next to the billiard room

preserving the original structural quirk

while also bringing the view inside

二楼、三楼、四楼

是整栋别墅的起居核心

设计师并未采用统一的风格贯穿上下

而是根据居住者的年龄层次与审美偏好

为每一层赋予不同的风格

四楼的风格在整体现代基调上

适度融入中式元素

与二楼的现代灰、三楼的奶油风形成呼应

也体现了设计师的理念

不同年龄层的家人

理应有不同的空间表情

The second, third, and fourth floors

form the living core of the entire villa

The designer

did not apply a single style throughout

but instead gave each floor

a different aesthetic

according to the age and preferences

of its occupants

一栋1200㎡的别墅

18个房间，5层空间

3种风格，1年的打磨

设计师说

业主买这套别墅，就是希望一家人

生活在一起开开心心的

设计好空间对人的作用

能起到60%左右

它不一定能从头改变大家的关系

但它一定是一个非常重要的开始

A 1,200-square-meter villa,

18 rooms, 5 floors, 3 styles

and 1 year of refinement

The designer said

The client bought this villa

hoping that the whole family

could live together happily

Good spatial design

can influence people by about 60%

it may not change relationships

from the ground up

but it is definitely a very important beginning
